The short version
If you buy DevSlides Pro and decide it isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of the payment. We’ll refund 100% of what you paid. You don’t need a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@devslides.app from the account you used to pay, or use the contact form and pick “Pro & payments”.
- Include the email on your DevSlides account and the payment date if you have it.
- We’ll confirm and process the refund back through Razorpay to your original method.
What happens after a refund
Pro is removed from that account. Decks you already created stay yours on the free plan (up to the free deck limit). Bank or UPI timing depends on your provider — usually a few business days after we issue the refund.
After 7 days
The guarantee window is 7 days from purchase. After that, Pro remains a lifetime unlock and we generally don’t refund, except where required by law.
Free plan
Guest and free accounts don’t pay anything, so there’s nothing to refund. You can keep using the free plan with no credit card.
